I am 14 years old roughly 190 pounds 6,1 and a quarter inch tall.I would like to lose 10-15 pounds or get some more muscles in a month.

Lifts some weights so you can lose some fat, don't go crazy start out small and work up with some average exercise you know 2-3 times a week 20-30 minutes a day you will lose more weight. I can't find the story on MSN but that is where I saw that the people lost 21 pounds in six weeks. But they lost more with lifting weights than the ones who just exercised and they gained more muscle mass.

Losing weight and building muscle is difficult. The good thing about building muscle is you will look good but any good gym instructor will tell you muscle weighes about twice as much as fat. So if you want to lose weight hit the cardio, running and cycling but if you want to build up muscles you will need weights.
The best way to lose weight is to keep to a balanced diet and minimise the high fat and sugar foods. Do not cut it out as you will crave it and binge eat.

well im not sure if this works or not but ive heard if you eat a citrus fruit after your meal it will ake you...well..."boom" faster which will get all the greasy foods out of your system before they stick to your body and cause fatty tissue to develope.
my suggestion...stay away from pops (sodas whatever) and definately fast food. i stopped that stuff for like a month and not only noticed a good difference but i had very healthy boom.

join a gym and get a fitness instructor to write you out a program. if not, eat healthy, in moderation, include a weights, cardio and healthy eating and you will be on the right track! :)

Completely cut the crap out you don't need and size down your meals, bring up protein intake and lower carb intake.
Diet POP is good. No calories, no carbs, no sugar.

work out, eat healthy.

dont eat ANY fast food at all, not even in-n-out (if you live in cali or nevada or arizona)
NO SODA!!!!
healthy cereals for breakfast, no cocoa puffs.
work out for at least 45 minutes every other day.
no cheating.
