How can I look decent/pretty/not like a little kid?

okay. well wear makeup. just go simple at first: tinted moisturizer some lip gloss mascaara maybe brpmzer. go to macys and ask for help with make up. they'll show you what to do.

hair: gets some face framing layers. just go to a salon and ask them to do what they think will look good.

clothes: you don't have to go to abercrombie, contrary to popular belief. you seem like you like stuff tahta a little "off". try forever 21, or delias, or urban outfitters. even target. just stay awaay from t-shirts like the one you're wearing. make sure they fit your form.

You don't need to apply make up when you look at least 14 or 15. If you really want to just by some eye make up. Your hair looks perfectly fine. Maybe if you run a really good straightener through it, it would look better.

I'm sorry but band shirts will always look...dorky. But if you want to keep wearing them wear them with skinny jeans, converses, and an awesome hoodie from hot topic. You could go for a more punk rock look.

you can go to a department stores and ask the makeup people to help you out. They will apply makeup on you, explain what colors look best on you, and/or show you how to apply makeup yourself. I think if you add warmth to your face, that will certainly upgrade your look. You can go buy tinted moisturizer, bronzer, or sunless tanner or go tanning (whatever your personal preference is). Also I'd style your hair more. A flat iron goes a long way if you want to look older, just be sure to apply a heat seal product to avoid damage. I hope this helped.
