No, and this is one of the reasons I oppose illegal immigration. Illegals become so obsessed with their own offense that they don't care about doing any "civic duty." Even if they watched their own best friend stabbed to death, they'd hesitate to get involved because they're so afraid of deportation.

So no! Hell, even if they called the cops and took their chances, the offender's lawyer would make them look like border-hopping liars bargaining for a green card...

An illegal immigrant is committing a crime every day they remain in illegal status. They committed a crime when they illegally crossed the border and they commit a crime every day they remain illegally in this country. If they elected to report a crime when they saw it they would have to report themselves every time they look in a mirror.

Very few of the Normans, Saxons, and Danes who make up most of the English are NOT illegal immigrants. They've been around for so long now they forget that they weren't very welcome.
