Question

ok this afternoon i went out to get in my husbands truck to take our kids down to his parents house to play and he came out the door and got real defensive and he did not want me to drive his truck and got pissed off that i was even in there.  he was mad and he ended up riding with me to take them.  we got into a fight and he told me that was his space and that i needed to stay away from it.  he also is cutting off his cell phone all the time now and deleting all the calls.  so tell me what everyone thinks.  i think i am a fool!!!!

Its time to put your detective hat on and figure out whats going on! If he's not doing something shady than he's treating you really bad for no good reason and being way too private, come on we all know that's a luxury you lose after marriage :) I'd suggest looking at phone bills or check that truck while he's not around. I typically am not all for snooping but he's giving you some good reasons to be suscpicious. DO NOT accuse him of anything, just look and see if you find anything. It does sound suspicious for sure but I agree with other posters in that it may not mean an affair.    It could be that his truck is his "cave", perhaps last time you used it the kids messed it up?  The phone - well maybe he is being hassled with telemarketers?  Are there any other behaviours that are not as normal?  If these are the only "signs" then I would quietly ask him if things are ok as he seems tense lately - be concerned not accusing.  This will let him know you have noticed a change in his behaviour without  being confrontational about it - after all he could have holiday brochures in the truck and be hiding messages from a travel agent.

Sounds exactly like the behavior that my ex-husband displayed (and I mean EXACTLY).  Only later did I find out that he cheated on me with multiple people during the course of our 8 year marriage.

theres maybe underwear from another women in his truck left over idk..just things that happen on tv

and for the phone, hes probally been talking to another women that you know, and don't want you to find out...

Sounds bad to me.  Depending on his cell carrier, you can find out on-line what #'s have been calling him and who he is calling.  Have you asked him directly?  I would want to know sooner rather than later.
