well its not gonna be gone tomorrow morning, I'm sorry to say.
I used to get styes all the time, the only thing ever helpful to me was to get water as hot as you can stand it, which will swell the clogged tear duct (or in which case it IS a pimple or blemish, it will swell the clogged pore) and allow the solids to come of of the stye or blemish. If the pain is in the corner of your eye, you may not see it but would feel the pain. Get water as hot as you can stand it in that area and hold a warm compress to it as long as you can, again this will relieve the pressure and allow the clogged pore or duct to open up and let the infection out. I worked in a group home and had a client have a stye show up on her eye within just minutes and swell out to the size of a large pimple in about fifteen minutes. Some styes have to be lanced by a health professional, which hers did. If you are worried about it, see your doctor or optomotrist asap
good luck

Put hot compresses on it. Do not touch it than touch any part of your eye or other eye or it will spread. Go to walmart and get this medicine it is called "stye". Put it on there and it will get rid of it. If you are under any kind of eye strain or wear glasses and have not gotten a new script in a while, it is time for a new prescription go to the eye doctor. Your Stye will go away when you stop straining your eyes so much. If it is caused by eye strain. But, hot compresses will help it go down. Buy Cetaphil cleanser, close your eye wipe on eye than wipe of with hot wash rag, this will make it feel better. Than put hot compresses on for about 30 minutes, keep getting wash rag hot when it gets cold. Than put your Stye medicine on.

My gram always used a hot tea bag, and held it over her eye 15 minutes or so several times a day. This draws out the infection. Your doc can prescribe an antibiotic ointment if it doesn't go away within a week, and if that doesn't clear it up then it will have to be lanced. HOWEVER, most clear up without incident. A stye is caused by clogged glands on your eyelids. You can prevent them by washing your eyelids with johnson's and johnson's no tears shampoo. Take a warm damp washcloth and gently rub the edge of your lid, at the base of your eyelashes. Btw Tricia, most stye's go away within 3 days, so your answer cracked me up!

Use warm compresses several times a day. If it is a bad stye the doc may have to drain it, he/she can also give you antibiotic eye drops, but most styes resolve on their own.

Hot compresses are supposed to help and there is also a product called Stye that you can use, but I doubt anything will fix it by the morning, that may take a while to get rid of (because of the size you said it is)

You have to use warm/hot water compresses....
this is the one of the only ways to get it done....
what will happen is that it will seem to swell up...
take a face cloth and soak it with warm/hot water....
hold the cloth on your eye as long as you can 10-15 mins and repeat it by soaking the cloth with warm/hot water.....
the stye will swell up and this is normal it is not getting worse as what you initially may think.....
eventually the stye will open up and discharge.....
keep up with the compresses to your eye and use baby shampoo daily to keep your eye clean I hope this helps!

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

ouch. Take some ibuprofen to help relieve the pain and swelling. Warm/hot compresses to the eye. Don't try to pop it yourself- you could get a really bad infection. If it's bad, you can see if your doctor will lance it for you.
