DOWN LOAD THE VOICE TO DISK.

TAKE THE DISK TO A SOUND STUDIO(RECORDING)

PLAY IT AT SLOW SPEED TO BREAK DOWN THE VERBALIZATION PROCESS.

IF THIS DOES NOT WORK DOWN LOAD THE DISK TO CASSETTE AND REPLAY AT SLOW SPEED UNTIL YOU CAN DECIPHER WHAT IS BEING SAID.

I haven't bothered listening to it because I don't care. But I'm certain that the FBI and other agencies have the means to 'clean' it up. Unfortunately, there is no voice identification database like a fingerprint database. And if there is no threat or actual law broken, then they won't bother wasting the manpower or time. A crank call is not a major crime.

Doesn't sound like a threat it sounds a lot like someone called you and forgot they called you and then was talking for a bit and hung up. I don't know thow I can't make out much....didn't you get the number from the message...why not call them back?

I might add that on more ten one occasion, I have received phone calls from someone who's phone was dialed while in his pocket - maybe his keys pressed the redial or speed dial buttons or something, and then my phone gleefully recorded the sound of his voice - muffled - and the sound of the phone rubbing against his pocket.

sometimes the practical solution is better, even if less fun, then the movie plot dramatic explanation.

I would suggest wearing the ol aluminum foil hat around the house from now on...
