Hair dye help?

I am of mixed race European and African American.

I have dark brown very thick wavy hair and I get a chemical straightener every once and awhile to keep my hair straight without the hassle of the brush and blowdry. My hair is shoulder length and very healthy. I would like to get the tips of my hair (The back) dyed platinum blonde but I know I canot get it bleached because of the chemical reaction with the straightener. Is there any way I can achieve this look without losing my hair?

I am the same mix as you and I dye and chemically straighten my hair all of the time.

You CAN bleach it and not have to worry about losing your hair.

Just make sure its 2-3 weeks after you have chemically straightened it. Then you are safe to dye it.

The bleach won't damage your hair besides make it a little dry, just be sure to do a treatment a few days after.

A good treatment would be oil, leave it on for a few hours, wash it out with ONLY water, leave it overnight, then wash it in the morning with a mild soap.

If you need any other advice or have any questions feel free to ask me.

Semi permament colorings are stable to apply like loopy shade and instructions, this way of dye isn't unfavorable you are able to placed it on as much as you like. It would not contrain any peroxid. If ur hair is allready broken i might sugest utilising a conditionin scientific care, which includes nioxen this might restoration ur hair.

Don't try right now. All the chemicals are killing your hair. Let it grow out a bit. You don't want to have to cut it all off, right?

Anything more drastic and your hair may not continue to be as healthy as it is.
