Hand and wrist pain????
My wrists and fingers hurt whenever I pick something up in a way that my wrist is turned sideways. Like a plate, a coffe cup, coffee pot, etc.
I also wake up in the middle of the night with my hands numb. When I wake up, I always have my wrists bent and folded up under me. My elbows hurt when I lean on them as well.
Does this sound like Carpel Tunnel or Osteoarthritis?

I've been in the retail industry for about 20 years and I experience the same thing. It sounds like carpel tunnel syndrome to me.
If it keeps persisting, you should make a Dr.'s appt.

It definitely sounds like Carpel Tunnel. I had to go through a series of electrical tests, kind of like mini shocks to see if I had it. I was having your experiences and I do have it. Run it past your doctor. I bought a wrist brace. The other option is surgery, however I know people that have had the surgery and had to have it re-done. Best of luck.

Tendinitis (carpel tunnel syndrome)- I had that about 7yrs ago.
Every movement no matter how slight was torture then (considering that my threshold for pain is high). Usually caused by repetitive wrist movements.
Had day-surgery done then and have had no problems so far.
Have a doctor look into it. Take care!
Edit: Oops! ...More like 10 yrs ago, rather...Sorry:)

I don't know much but a quick temporary relief for the pain would be to massage your arm if its the wrists that feels the pain. Try it.

It could be arthritis. Go to the doctor and get it checked out just to make sure.
