Need Help From All Of You Out There!! Sexual Harassment!!!?

Hey Gang,

My wife lost her job today with a major U.S. Company after 2.5 years of hard work! Her boss has been bullying her and harassing her for the last couple of months because he wants a "man" to do her job! She had severe flu symptoms ( I won't get into detail!!) yesterday and after working a full day today, still sick and barely being able to stand, the SOB told her he was letting her go! There was no human resources representative in the office, no exit package no nothing! We feel her termination was unjust and sexual harassment!

We are looking for advice and a good sexual harassment attorney in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area. Can you help us?

Thanks-Your Buddy Johnnyb

Update:

Please don't tell me lawyers are expensive. I know that! If we have a legitimate case an attorney won't take the case unless he/she knows they are going to get a piece of the action.

I'm not a lawyer, but I do work in a law firm. I used to be a secretary in the labor group. We would occasionally see these suits coming through and what I noticed was that in at least some cases, the plaintiff didn't have an attorney - they simply filed their claim with an agency such as the Equal Rights Division or the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

I don't know if those agencies still have the same names or not, but it might be worth looking into.

Either way, I hope your wife documented everything! That is always key to ensuring a solid case.

Hiring a lawyer for legal problems can be expensive, but there are websites like LawGuru, FindLaw and other places where you can get free legal advice. I found this website useful - http://www.uelp.org/freelegal.html
