Is a Greater Spotted Woodpecker an adolescent Lesser Spotted Woodpecker ?

    Yes, and distant cousin of the multi-coloured rainbow spotted woodpecker.

    No ,whilst it is true they are both woodpeckers ,they are in fact 2 distinctive species.and certainly not the case of one being an adolescent form of the other.Their plumage is different as is their call too

    i do no longer understand what your question is yet i stay in tub and that i've got a pair of observed woodpecker bypass to my backyard numerous circumstances an afternoon they seem to love the peanuts interior the chook feeder, i mixture mealworms with the nuts so possibly thats what they're after. desire this solutions your question
