Plastic/Nylon Pillow?
I was told that when we go to sleep we should use a satin pillow to reduce hair breakage. Well I have a nylon pillow that feels like slipper plastic and I was wondering if that was an okay subsitute for a satin pillow casing.

I have heard this too. I've also heard that long hair should be gently put in a ponytail before bed, to keep from pulling and tangling. Now that mine is longer, I put it up every night. And I want a satin pillow or case. As long as it's "slippery" it should do a good service to your hair.
