why would anyone refuse to believe in the jaguars?
Special teams-advantage Jags
Offense-even
Defense-advantage Jags
Coaching-advantage Jags
Intangibles-advantage Jags
you get the picture? the only people who do refuse to believe are pats fans themselves, too stubborn to admit they are about to lose. the rest of the non-believers just dont know the jags but will in several hours. i personally would love to thank the patriots for an amazing run, a historic feat of 16-0 in the regular season! because of that, the patriots will have allowed the jaguars to join immortality. this storybook ending youve created wont be for your own team, it has been created for the team of destiny, and after extensive research and thorough analysis, that team is the jacksonville jaguars.

Honestly, you can't call the Jags and Pats offenses "even." The same can be said about the coaching. Bill Belichick was the coach of the year... No I am not a Patriots fan, I am just stating the facts.
I agree that Jacksonville's defense is probably better, and they have the advantage in the intangibles category.
I think this game should be really close, and I'm hoping the Jaguars win.

I'm cheering for the Jags to win the Super Bowl and think they will. I'm a big Gators fan and want to live in Florida, so when the Skins aren't involved I cheer for the Jags. I just don't see the Patriots going all the way and I think the Jaguars will be the team to knock them off. They're very underrated and they're the perfect type of team to take down the Patriots. They'd have an even better chance though if it was going to be windy and snowing and cold as hell. But it's supposed to be in the 30s and sunny with very little wind.

i like the jags chances as long they run their offense of manage the clock run the ball keep second third downs short and keep the pats offense off the field and play solid defense keep the pats in long second and third downs .........the 16-0 regular season doesnt count this is the playoffs that what counts after the time say 0:00 on that time and the score is you won thats what all it matters .sooner that 16-0 season still dont mean dang thing they didnt win the big one of course the pats fans still be denial of the pats is the best still because of the record well pats fans realize this before it happens the pats will loose regardless of the record it still dont mean a dang thing all it matters that trophy at the end and standing of the field as championship .......... i dont hate the pats i respect what they accomplished its saids alot but the media is bring them up soo much like they are unbeatable well that kind of attention will bite them in the azz it mise well be a jag to bite them in the azz !!!!!!!

The offense is even, eh? Brady's thrown for 50 TD's, Randy Moss has 20+ TD receptions, and Brady and Belichick are a whole 'nother story in the playoffs.
Don't you think you're exaggerating a bit there, pal? No 16-0 team could win by being outmatched the way you described it on paper. Belichick has THREE Super Bowl rings. How is the coaching advantage with Jacksonville? NE's defense has allowed the second fewest points. Their RUN DEFENSE is bad, but total defense kills most.

Garrard still worries me; hopefully he's gotten over last week's bout of lockonitis: one simply cannot stare down receivers in the NFL and expect good things to happen.
Special team play is great. Guys like Nkang, Owens and Iwuh are among the best in the league.
What superlatives remain to bestow upon the Pats? One of the NFL's finest teams, without question, having quite possibly the most notable season in history.
I'll leave with this: no one likes to be hit. Blast Brady early and watch him become mortal. Same with Moss. Welker, on the other hand, is a stud and bears special attention.

Before I start ranting, special teams is hard to rate so I'm not going to waste time arguing against you. But ok here comes the ranting. Lol. What dream land are you living in which they have even offenses? Let's see, only one of them set nfl records for most points and touchdowns scored and it wasn't the Jags. Advantage Jags for defense? They don't have a single defensive category higher than 10th, (pts allowed-10th, yds allowed-12th, pass yds allowed-15th, rush yds allowed-11th). The Pats on the other hand have no defensive category lower than 10th, (4th, 4th, 6th, 10th respectively). Coaching? Only one coach can win Coach of the Year and it wasn't Del Rio, it was Belichick, for the 2nd time, and he's also already won 3 Super Bowls. Lastly the intangibles? Ok, first tell me what intangibles you're referring to. Wait don't, because it doesn't matter when your offense, defense and coaching are all inferior. You're seeing what you want but it's just not there.

What Nut House did you escape from? I am a Jags fan with enough sense to know that the Pats are 16-0, not the Jags.

The Jags got a damn good team and coach as you say. Only problem is they ain't wearing the red, white and blue uniforms; the Patriots are.

Actually being a Chargers fan I KNOW what they can do and if the Bolts can upset the Colts, I actually think we would have better chance of beating the Pats than the Jags.
