as far as i know, its obvious the political arena is dominated by a 2 party system. even these other parties, whether their intentions are good or not, are full of washed up republicans and democrats. as far as i know everybody started their career and made it into the game the way its been done for years now lurking onto one of the major parties to be elected.

i always find it comical when i hear those folks who like to rant about the 2 party system and how its bad and what not as a means to vote third party as if they are above the fray or righteous. it may be true that the third party candidates genuinely would like to change things for the better but whos to say the major party candidate doesnt either? and if they are so committed to making real change why dont they try harder and for example..unite behind one third party candidate? it is probably a money issue until you realize there is no reason they cannot raise as much money as the major parties through public financing or otherwise. they arent giving any effort and its likely because they know theres no light at the end of the tunnel, just gimmicks. offering a different choice to vote for the sake of democracy with no goals of winning.

nader was never a politician if im not mistaken so he is the only 'real choice' if you will. doesnt change the fact that if a third party will ever win the office of presidency, it will only occur when an independent with alot of money on hand is on the ballot. too bad nader is neither filthy rich nor has the ample connections

I hate losing because i'm a winner, but sometimes under certain circumstances i lose on purpose. for example, when i play my friend who suffers from depression and lacks confidence i allow him to win for the sake of bumping up his ego persay.

i think everytime i play i go in knowing what im going to do and where i want to end up finish whether in first or last so i suppose im calculating in that matter. but being calculating is often perceived as a bad thing is it not? anyways, its sometimes give me the urge to spill the beans and tell my opponent i let them win when i have to hear them showboating but i contain that urge and suck it up everytime.

With the new revelation that Paul has indeed been associated with neo confederates and racist people throughout his career i was wondering how the Paul supporters felt about this. I heard the message he was speaking and the track record he has in congress...although it would sound very nice to potential voters (and it did to many indeed), i came in with the understanding that theres no substance in congressmen since i have been engaged in the political game. senators and governors achieve much more and especially in ron paul's situation ive always felt a questionable motive in his rhetoric.

i wanted to know since i have educated friends who looked favorably upon his message and record and thus supported him, don't the ron paul supporters out there feel betrayed by this man's personal business? im thinking you must because i know those friends of mine are not racist. in my view, ive had the experience and wisdom to get a sense of whos lying and whos not, and paul always seemed fake.

I just viewed the new Clinton AD and i was baffled by the message it sent. I attempted to leave a text comment that read as follows "I must say, this really did a good job for your imagine to those undecided. Taking a page out of the Obama camp playbook with the words CHANGE, TRANSFORM, HEARING YOUR STORIES, STAND, etc. You will not fool americans who are well versed in your background, track record, and the controversies youve been involved in such as the Peter Paul scandal." The comment did not appear as i expected.

When you view Barack Obama videos on youtube, they do not censor any comments and you see that there are negative ones as well as, especially alot of Ron Paul 08 spammers. So i went ahead a tried posting Ron Paul 08! on the clinton video and they even censored that.

so i guess what i'm trying to say is: why would you even vote for Hilary when she doesn't even allow freedom of speech on her videos? every comment is positive on her videos.

this is a huge dilemma as picking the next leader of the free world would be. ive been a friend of baracks for awhile and he is very sincere and would make one great president....not to mention i feel like there no escaping the inevitable with his upcoming inauguration BUT with the recent events of bhutto's assasination AND without holding any bias, ive always agreed and been intruiged by joe biden of whom i have met as well but am not as close of friends with. the slogan "joe is right" is completely accurate and when you talk about experience and what change is needed now, i feel that joe is the one at this point in time. however, i may have to resort back to my choice of obama because biden may not...unfortunately..be around to challenge the top 3 in his party.

what the big fuss about. i could see how they were in previous years but why this year? theyre defense is not as good as it used to be, its getting depleted and aging quickly. maroney hasnt exactly proven anything yet because hes only been in the nfl for a year and now he has to carry the bulk of the load in only in 2nd season. i love randy moss and believe he can flourish in new england but there is always the extra baggage he brings with him. him, stallworth and welker have never played with each other and you just expect them to click right off the bat? cmon...theres going to be an adjustment period between them and to tom brady. all signs pointing to a very dissapointing year.

on the contrary, youve got the jets who are starting to be the draft darlings, making very good selections. a rising defense. good special teams, good everything. pennington is healthy and lets be frank, he is damn good when he is healthy. always has been since his marshall days....
