It depends on who's reading it. I for one don't like slapstick much and feed on plots, so I'd have to say Tintin. Both classics? Sure, but in different genres. Hard to compare the two.

The sarcasm and humor in asterix is of a larger class, yet suggested in simple terms, in user-friendly settings. Tintin is sturdy and the settings r very educational Tintin is sturdy, Asterix is more suitable

It's not like Asterix is rubbish, but tintin is a bit better contentwise.
Asterix is LOTS better humour-wise.

ASTERIX!!! i remember the viking movie it was so awesome!!! tinitin is good but not goood enough

theyre both excellent and it depends what kind of a mood your in, but you cant really choose between one or the other.
