ROCK BAND xbox 360 when, what and how much?

This game looks awesome http://www.rockband.com/

but,

1. When is it being released in the UK on the 360

2. Is it on 360 in US yet?

3. What do you get in the package? (ie which instruments)

4. How much is it gonna cost?

Update:

I presume the extra cord component is to allow for the extra USB port that will be needed?

    i'm usually thinking Sony, yet once you're comparing it to the 360 it fails epicly just about each and every time. So actually with Rock Band 2 choose for the 360. it fairly is a sturdy pastime, have relaxing with it.
