Cabbage soup diet for vegetarians??

I'm a vegi who wants to do the cabbage soup diet but on one day I would have to drink semi milk - don't like milk and there are two days where I would have to eat beef or chicken.

As I'm a vegi, can I supplimemnt the meat with quorn and what can I drink instead of milk?

Any sensible ideas?

Update:

Chuck Norris is a knob!

You can't read as I said sensible, that's obviously not in your vocabulary!!

Update 2:

I really don't like soya milk either :(

theres nothing magical about the cabbage soup diet and the way its set up, and theres nothing magical about the prescriptions for beef/chicken or milk.

u can probably substitute any protein source for the meat.

for the milk, any beverage with some similar protein content will probably do the job.

hope ur not planning to do this diet for very long. it can be "fun" for resetting ur system or giving u a sort of mental reset, the same way any restrictive diet or fast is, but its not a healthy regimen in the longterm.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://tinyurl.im/aHLzc

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Don't do it! You'll get very bad breath and also, your body will forget how to digest other types of food, instead, storing them as fat. If you must lose weight, cut out meat, (the body doesn't need it) I'vr brrn a vegetarian since I was born. Cut down on your dairy and limit yourself to 3 eggs a week. Eat only fruits in the morning, Veggies only after 8 in the evening and also eat veggies before EVERY meal, (aside from breakfast. Good Luck!
