I'm looking for a company that does San Francisco city sightseeing tours starting and ending in San Jose, where my hotel is.
Greyline picks up only from San Francisco points, not San Jose.

Take Caltrain to San Francisco ( 1 hr, $7.5, run every 15 to 30 min)
There are lot of tours near train station in SF, I recommend you take hop on hop off two level bus tour and Duck tour( land &water)

Find the display rack in your hotel with all the advertising fliers for tours, attractions, etc. There should be at least one with a tour to SF. Gray Line is usually the name of the company. Their website is www.grayline.com
