How can I make compost in less than 2 weeks?
I have a science project in two weeks and I need to make organic compost FAST!!! Any suggestions on what to use, or what do do to it? I also can't make it outside, but I don't want it to stink up my house. Will a sealed plastic Folgers aromaseal container be a good compost holder? Remember, I need supermegaultrafast compost tips. Thanks!!
P.S. I don't have a lawn, so grass is out of the question, but I live by trees, so I could use some leaves.

This site had instructions for an indoor compost:
http://journeytoforever.org/compost_indoor.html
They claim: "We've made hot compost in a 10-gallon box rather than 10 cubic feet -- only one-sixth as much. Filled all at once, it got very hot, and was ready in two weeks."
They also tell you what types of items you should use to make the compost and explain the "how-to" process pretty thoroughly.

Grind up the leaves and some scrap food in a blender. Add some dog or cat poop and put 50% water in the compost. Put it by the hot water heater, shut the door and presto, quickie compost!

I dont know the recipe but there is a ratio between nitrogen and carbon for the material to compost fastest. Also, temperature and humidity also play a factor in speeding up the process.
