Can there be signs that conception has occured?
ok , my husband and i had unprotected sex from day one of our fertility window , all the way up until the doors would close! since then , my belly is a little crampy (gassy) and my nipples are stinging. i am only 7 days past possible conception. is it possible that i am having symptoms? also , my 3rd child was weaned 18 months ago , and i still have some milk , right now there is a lot more of it , is that normal?

I new I was pregnant withing a few days for both my kids because I had to pee dozens of times a day and I was starving all the time. Had some breast tenderness also.
I am not sure about you still having milk, mine dried withing 2 or 3 weeks after I weaned the babies.
I would consult your Dr. about that if I was in your place.

I started producing milk again when I got pregnant last time so that is very possible good luck
