What is the best camp site at Yosmite Park.?

I am looking to go camping in one of the reserveable sites at Yosmite and was wanting to find out which camp ground is the favored one by most people. If you don't mind please give any extra information you can about the area.

If you are looking to stay in the valley upper pines is my favorite as well. If you go May-June the valley is less busy and the waterfalls are amazing. I loved the Mist Trail, up to Vernal Fall and Nevada Fall it was my favorite hike in the valley. Otherwise I would either stay at Wawona by the Mariposa Grove over giant sequoias. If you go latter on June-Aug, try Tuolumne in the High Country. If you go this route you might want to try eating breakfast at the Tuolumne Meadows Lodge, it was a great experience.

I've been to Yosemite many, many times. In fact, I just booked upper pines for this May. All the camp sites in the valley are about the same. Upper pines is closest to happy isle which is where the hike to Vernal falls, Nevada fall, and half dome start. They are all in the same general area. Lower pines is close to curry village( a big store and eating area). North pines is close to the horse stables. I hope this helps. P.S. today is the day to book campgrounds forJune camping dates. It's always best to book at 7 am on the 15 of each month, 5 months in advance.
