I agree with Clint ... why mention his sexual orientation if it is nothing to do with the problem?
I have no idea what it means to 'retro' someone, but I assume it's not enjoyable.
If you have a problem with this supervisor, then use the company's procedure for complaints.
Act like an adult and stop whining.

So the problem is that you don't like your supervisor. That's understandable, but your fact of not liking him has nothing to do with him being gay, it has to do with his personality. I mean I'm a lesbian, but I definitely don't like every lesbian I meet. I would suggest talking to him or possible with an HR mediator, because you still have to work under him.

Come on people, don't tell me you've never come across those bitchy gay people who haven't accepted themselves and make everyone else's lives miserable???
Many of the people in my local LGBT group are like that. Gay homophobes.
I don't think there's something you can do cuz your job is at stake, but what this person needs to do is resolves any issues he has with himself.
And I think he mentioned that he's gay so he can justify why he posted here.

you could confront him about how he talks to his staff, or ignore him-don't even get on his level.
