I really enjoyed Inuyasha, Rurouni Kenshin, and Yu Yu Hakusho manga. The comic books I enjoyed reading are the Xmen, Spider-man, The Incredible Hulk, and Archie. I am still reading Naruto manga which gets more and more interesting as I read it! ^_^

I have read comic for over thirty years. I prefer Marvel, but now and again, DC comes up with a great story line. I find Marvel characters to be believable in their flaws and efforts. They have some original ideas and some great storytelling. I suppose this is true for other comic books which may be why so many comic books are being developed into motion pictures.

I am an adult who reads comics. I prefer to read Japanese comics (manga) but I will occasionally pick up a Marvel comic. (I absolutely adore the X-Men). Mangawise my favorites are Loveless, Claymore, xxxHOLic, and Bleach. I do read InuYasha sometimes as well. In Marvel, I usually just borrow from friends...yes... that are other adults that read comics. Usually general X-Men stuff, but I do like the comic Cable and Deadpool.

I also read webcomics, because they are free. Having to choose between gas in my car, or food, or comics is annoying sometimes. And I can read them from my phone. ^_^. My favorites of those include Questionable Content and VGCats.

But yes, a lot of adults do read comics, especially younger adults like me, because we know that you don't have to give up everything you liked as a kid...just because you have be responsible and work. It really just depends what generation of adults you belong to and how you were raised.

I am an avid reader/collector of comics. I spend about 100 dollars a month on comics. I mostly read DC comics, there is just something cool about Batman. Also loving the JSA. Marvel is good, they have more of a belivable look about them, but I like the superhero costumes and all.

I still remember buying them for 20 cents each. Nowadays, I read mostly DC. I prefer the group books--JSA, JLA, Shadowpact, Tean Titans, but The All-New Atom, Blue Beetle, and Booster Gold are pretty cool, too.

Marvel's Civil War turned me off completely, and , now, it looks like a large number of the heroes are going to turn out to be Skrulls.

I think I'll stick with DC.

You see, in the case of Wuthering Heights, it IS a book with no pictures, if you interpret the title correctly. Look at one of those adult picture books and see if you can't find one where there are some seriously long tall heights that are being wuthered at a frenzied pace. That's an artistic, scholastically correct, interpretive copy of this fine classic.
