and not Saudi.. Usually classes like these are offered by private organizations, schools and groups...

maybe in highschool computer classes, they teach this, but of course its in arabic and in a highschool curriculum.. maybe some of the girls universities teach this also... You might find in private compounds, like American embassy housing compounds, they ladies might offer as group events understanding and knowing how to do photoshop.. You will have to do some really good research and phone calling around to find a class.. I dont live in Riyadh, I live in the eastern region.. In Aramco here, there are classes like this for the ladies... but I dont know about your area.. sorry..
