sleep walking?

over the past few weeks i've woke up in the morning several times and my son is in my bed. he is 15 months old and still in his crib and i know for a fact that he can't get out of it on his own. so i must have gone and picked him up but i have absolutely no recollection of it! and also in the morning i wake up completely exhausted like i haven't slept at all. so i'm beginning to wonder if i'm sleep walking......how do i get myself to stop? i am trying so hard to get my son to sleep in his own bed, but i'm completely failing and i can't even remember picking him up!

There isn't a way to stop sleep-walking if you aren't remembering doing it. You can try taking something to help you sleep from your doctor, and maybe that will allow you to sleep the entire night without walking.

get a camera in your room and film yourself from the moment you go to bed till you wake up in the morning again. that way you will be able to see whether you sleepwalk or not. also i don't really believe you sleepwalk at all i guess you're just one of those people who just keeps tossing and turning even when they're sleeping and feel awfully tired the morning after. or your sleep could simply be not efficient enough to get the energy you need. maybe you just don't get enough sleep as you should. maybe you should just sleep a little more. go to bed earlier from now on.

Strap yourself down maybe? I'd also see about setting a video cam up to see if you are actually doing it.
