If you ask an uneducated person, the answer will probably be "mako". They are the ones with the long, pointy teeth that protrude from their mouths.
Those are for fish. Tiger sharks, however, have been reputed to attack humans for no reason once in a while. For me, THAT'S scary

I never heard of a Mako shark. But according to google, it sounds like the Tiger shark is the most dangerous and immediately following the Tiger is the Mako.
I wouldn't want to encounter either one.

The tiger shark. "The shortfin mako feeds mainly upon bony fishes including mackerels, tunas, bonitos and swordfish, but may also eat other sharks, porpoises and sea turtles." I guess that would make me safe since I'm not any of those food categories.

for me the tiger and simply because they get larger than the mako. but as scary as it would be i would love to swim with sharks oneday.
