are avacados healthy for you?

I love avacados i can eat two in a single sitting. i mash them up sprinkle garlic powder and onion powder on it and use tortia chips to dip it and eat it. "yum"

    yeah to a point.1/2 of one per day would prob be the max unless you had very very little to eat that whole day.and If you not having any weight issues If so decide if you like to eat like south beach or mediterr./ lower carbohydrate style, then plan on not adding chips and bread rice sugar potatoes etc If you are eating "low fat" you must llimit the avacados to a s few small slices every so often, not one whole one and chips would have to be low fat. If its just once in a great while , and you are normal weight, go ahead.

    Avocados are extremely healthy-but high in calories-the chips tho-not so much. Slice and spice and add to a sandwich or just spice and eat half out of the skin. Add to salads too-

    It is fattening a bit.. But just eat once in a while. Try avocado shakes! They're delicious.

    yes but they are extremely high in calories. like, over 110.
