You need to find a common denominator. Use 30. so 13*2=26 and 15*2 = 30 =26/30 then 3*3 is 9 and 10*3 is 30 so you would subtract 26/30-9/30 so the answer is 17/30

The rounded form would be 7/15
You can have .867 rounded though.
But you can't simplify 13/15.
13 is a prime number
Unless you have 6.5/15 But that's not a fraction.

To simplify a number it must not be a prime number.
Since 13 IS a prime number, it IS the simplified form.
If you are asking about simplified forms, you should have already known that.

It is simplified. There are no common factors of the numerator and denominator other than 1.
And converting to a decimal will only give you an approximation!

it cant be simplified anymore, 13 is a prime( a number that is only divisible by 1 and itself). Leave it as it is.

13 is a prime number and it is NOT a factor of 15. The answer is 13 / 15 leave it alone, or convert it into a decimal number.
