The first one is 1991; divide it by two since there are two numbers.
1991/2 = 995.5
995 + 996 = 1991
1066/2 = 533
so 1066 = 533 + 533
The others, 1492 and 1990 are evenly divisible by two, as well.
2nd one: for every bottle of nail polish you can by 1 and 2/3 sticks of lip stick for the same amount of money.
so 15 bottles of polish would cost the same as 15(1 and 2/3) tubes of lipstick, so 25 tubes of lipstick.
3rd one: I believe #4 is the right answer.
