What does it mean when you are called in for a third job interview with the CEO?
I have had two really great interviews with this one company. It is a small firm of about 20 people. I don't think that the CEO would waste his time to tell me I didn't get the job. I figure i am either a top choice or they are going to make me an offer. I have been doing my best to remain optimistic in my job search as well as not assuming that something is a sure thing. I would like to know other people's opinions or see if anyone has been in a similar situation.

Being called in for a third interview is a definitely a good sign. If you have interviewed with the CEO once then it is more likely it could be the job offer. If not it may be the last interview before a potential job offer.

a third interview is a reliable infdicator that they are interested in you. notwithstanding, you could't assume something...you haven't got the pastime till it truly is accessible and also you settle for. reliable success...i desire you get the area.
