I have a design idea for a guitar case, I want it patented and made, but how?

I have a magnificent idea for a guitar case, and I want to know how to patent it and get it made and sold. Any help?

P.S. I'm a little young to be designing things, but it really is a great design.

Read some other guitar case patents such as the ones listed below.

Do your best to write (or in the case of a Design Patent draw) the same kind of description for your design.

If you are in the U.S. go to www.uspto.gov and look for the Roster or Attorney's and Agents and search it by city names and zip codes to find some professionals to help you. Pick one, show him or her your write up...They will take it from there.
