Can I enjoy Santana Row if it rains? (does it have any covering?)?

There are some covered areas for eating but for the most part it is open to the sky. Since it isn't raining to hard it still might be a good day to go.

I do not recollect santana row being covered. I guess parts of the side walks are open to rain. But you might as well manage going around in that place. Other good option for you is Valley Fair Mall, right across the street from Santana Row.
