I want FAT!!?
I weight 105 lbs and am 5'4. But i eat a ton! No matter what i do it's impossible for me to gain any more weight, i try as hard as i can and i really dont even excersize. I have fat on my butt and legs etc.. but my ribs still show. I dont look sickly but i would like to put on more FAT weight. People tell me to work out to gain muscle mass but i want fat. What can i do!?
p.s- im a vegetarian because it is healthier for me that is NOT why i am so skinny.
I also drink about 3 of those instant carnation breakfast protein drinks a day. and i dont just eat vegetables and fruit i try to eat a lot of breads and pastas too.
I still eat fish, so i guess im a pescatarian lol but... anyways-- some days i will eat 3 good meals with protein and then eat junk in between non stop like all day and sleep lol idk how i dont get fat! I heard skipping breakfast puts on weight and i never eat breakfast.

I'm 5'4" and weigh 101 but i'm not that extremely skinny. Honestly, I like the size i am. I'm slim w/ muscle but you can't see my ribs. But if i sit around the house eating all day the pounds will pack on.
For you, good old southern meals will do you good. lol mashed potatoes and biscuits are loaded with carbs. Also, as some one suggested, eat your meals later in the day so that you won't have a chance to burn the calories.
As for breakfeast, i don't care what they say, you;ll find fat people that don't eat it and do and vice versa. It really isn;t whether or not you eat breakfeast, its what you eat during breakfeast and lunch hours.

From your facts you seem underweight.
Having more fats instead of muscles cannot increase your weight. To increase your weight store up more protein in your body. Manny Pacquiao is around 160 lbs and look at his body. It would be healthier to exercise regulary and build on more muscles. Being fat has its hazards.
For a vegetarian, you can load up on eggs and legumes as source of protein. There are protein drinks in the market that you can take after supper. Why after supper? Because when you sleep (that happens after supper, of course) you use less energy and so excess nutrition are stored in your body and you will most probably increase in weight.
You have fat on your butt and legs because those are fat storage sites for females. Females have peach-type bodies while men are apple-type; that means excess fats are stored in the chest and abdomen area for mean. And so that explains why your ribs show.

You want more weight and your a vegetarian, Ok eat more soy protein. I suggest you do a protein shake after each meal.
I think that this will help you gain weight, if you want fat then eat fat, but personally being a vegetarian you would have to eat alot of donuts or something along that line. I suggest the protein shakes, you will fill out with them. I use Herbalife.

You say being a vegetarian is healthier for you but your body disagrees. Eat some quality protein, which Carnation Instant Breakfast is not, from meat and quality fat, butter, extra virgin olive oil, raw milk, raw cream, like that.

Hi,
I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it (it's 100% natural). The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://trim-get.info/ where they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.
Good luck!

your naturally skinny because of your metabolism,
when you eat alot more your metabolism can increase, therefore you put on less wieght.
People who dont eat as much, their body starts to think... 'uh oh, we are not getting enough, we better start storing some fat that we can feed off for when we really need it. '
I would suggest eat normal...
i dont understand why you would prefer fat over muscle? fat is like carrying heavy bags, But if you build up muscle it add definition and would tone up your abs, and wouldnt give the apearence of your ribs showing. and if you did excercise to work on your thighs and butt you would look in proportion.
if you started eating fatty things, your legs and butt will only get bigger, due to your body shape they are the fat storing places,
just eat normal, and excersie and eat protein and you will even out and look healthier.
Everyone looks great fit and healthy

Good for you that you choose to eat fruit and vegetables.
Guessed you may have high metabolism rate which helps you burn calories easily and stay in lean physique.
Nevertheless, still be mindful of your Daily Energy and fat Allowance.

I would eat a lot of vegetable oil. It has a large amount of fat in it. Try a high fat diet for about a week.
