Any Vets??? English Bulldog Question....?
I know that when a dog is fixed they cannot breed. But i ask this. My English was fixed before we got her (they ruined my baby) but since bullies usually have to be in-vitro.... does my daisy still have a chance at being a mommy???(realistically)

No, she has no uterus and ovaries, so theres no way she can get pregnant, which is great. There are enough people trying to become first time Bulldog breeders, and cash in on the badly bred puppies.
Just be happy you have a female that will live a longer fuller life!
I should also let you know that they are not known as "English" Bulldogs anymore, just Bulldogs.

Ah....no. Sorry. Desexing a female dog requires the complete removal of all reporductive organs. Uterus, fallopian tubes, ovaries, the lot. The way you are referring to in-vitro, I think you mean AI or artificial insemination. Where the egg is fertilized by the vet in the b*tch, rather than the male mating. Ir the egg is fertilized outside her body and then implanted into her.
Unfortunatly there is no way you baby can breed.

the answer is no of course, but like someone else said she will live a longer life now. If you are looking to breed, please do lots of research before you dive in the deep end and cant swim. I have had Bulldogs for 10 yrs. and bred my girl last yr. Never again and I am experienced. It is so heartbreaking to watch the pus die or fade away right in front of you.
Then the cost... oh my.. I had saved $2000.00 for my costs and still wasnt enough.. Never even dreamed that I would have emergency vet visits to add in the cost..

Bulldogs are the hardest to breed. I would not recommend doing it unless you have vast amount of experience. And your dog is not ruined. A dog should be a pet, not money bank.

Bullies are usually fertilized in-vivo, not in-vitro... big difference. When she was spayed, her uterus and ovaries were removed, so she has no eggs and no place for pups to grow. There is no chance that she can have pups.

no they cannot breed once they get fixed

SORRY BUT IF SHE WAS SPAYED ALL THE NECESSARY PLUMBING WAS REMOVED INCLUDING THE WOMB. THEREFORE IN VITRO IS NOT POSSIBLE. YOU ARE CORRECT. THEY DID RUIN HER.
