What are the possibilties?
I have this friend who has a 10 month old daughter and his wife and him are now seperated and we don't know what is going to happen to the baby. At first he had the baby and then the cops took her from him and gave her to the mother. And the thing is that the mother now has a bf who just got out of prison and she has over 8 people that live in one house. Now they have a court date and we don't know what to do... so does anyone have advice for the dad as to what to do?

I don't know where you are from, but I think he can go to the court house and file for full custody of the child.
