I'm looking for software that edits pictures or video to make real life cartoons(like south park)?

The images Would look like sadam Hussien on South Park or like the photo dancing elves on the office depot website. I am looking to create pictures/ videos of actual people being in animated situations. Much like the Funny video of George Bush bombing to music that came out a few years back.

    ummm... try using adobe photoshop.

    check out eBay foe editing software and you can contact the seller who will give you all the info you need if it isn't in the listing and it is usually cheaper then buying from a store
