    On the graves of those who are truly brave. At least according to the book. I've never seen a red fern so I really don't know. An excellent book though. I didn't really like the movie.

    Not sure how this relates to R&S, but most ferns we have here are red when they start growing and they turn green later.

    Where ever an angel decides to plant it's sacred seed. On the graves of brave dogs, or lost indian children often in the Ozark Mountains, or the purple forest
