Do you think it's a mistake?

that Hillary is not planning to campaign in FL? Do you think she will lose the state because of this?

All of the democrats signed pledges to not campaign in Florida or Michigan due to the two states decision to break the rules of the DNC. To campaign in Florida would kill her chances giving her opponents free nationwide media coverage of her going against her word, and she wouldn't get any delegates for it.

As a Florida voter who plans on voting for Hillary, I don't think it will hurt her chances in the general election (and yes, this is a highly Republican area, however I'm hearing more and more support from co-workers, etc for the Dems).

However, no Democrat is campaigning in Florida since there are no delegates at stake. The Democratic National Party asked the candidates not to campaign here and took away the state's delegates to punish Florida for moving up their primary. The Republican's took away 1/2 of their delegates, so it's still worth it for those guys to give us a shot.

None of the Democratic candidates are campaigning in Florida, however if Florida was still able to send delegates, the polls say Hillary would win with over 50% of the votes,

None of the state delegate from florida count towards the democratic nomination... the DNC took them away for moving their primary up thus breaking the DNC regulations

So it doesnt matter if she is there or not... they dont count for anything

She doesn't want to be affiliated with Florida at all because of what occurred during the 2006 elections. She knows that chicken is coming home to roost very soon. If she is implicated in any way to what happened there she knows her political career would be finished. You're right....shes not stupid.

It might be a mistake for her but it would great for our country if she loses Florida.

I think she's resolved to lose in the south. That doesn't mean she's going to lose nationwide. It's a strategy.
