is this true about paypal?

ok to make a long story short...can you add money to a paypal account from a non-us bank account...like i said its short and sweet b/c its a long story but i think i may be getting scammed on ebay

    yes you can use a non-US account, I just checked my paypal account.

    Yes. But first get a bank account. Then open a paypal account. Then verify your paypal account. It is very easy. Then push the button for the Debit card. Then when you sell something on Ebay, as soon as someone pays for an item you can walk to an ATM machine and get the money out right away. Or when someone sends you money to Paypal, you can get it out right away.

    Paypal must first verify the bank account, us or not, and then you can transfer funds to your paypal account. It take a few days as they will deposit a small amount (.10 or .02) and then you tell them the amount they deposited and that is how it is verified.

    yes I have had a Paypal account for your, once you account is verified by them they verify that tha ccount number you posted is for real you can add money anytime you want to ti and tak money from you account anytime you want to
