Just english is permitted on Y!A, in all categories.
If you post in a foreign language, you must also include the english translation.
That question is a violation. It should be reported by anyone who has access to Y!A.

According to the Yahoo Community Guidelines, you shouldn't post under the wrong language. So technically every question should be in English.
But I personally wouldn't report that kind of thing. It may be silly and pointless, but not malicious.
Edit: The "not malicious" part may depend on what the translated text would be. Not everything in another language fits under the "not malicious" category.

No question at that link. I personally have no objection to someone posting in another language, but then I speak about a half-dozen besides English, so maybe it's just me.

As Yahoo Answers has partner sites for other languages if you visit you must post in the language of the host site or you risk getting a violation. .
So, if you post on Yahoo UK you must post in English if you post in Yahoo Brazil, you post in Portuguese etc. ;-)

I thought we could post in any language we wanted. I have seen questions in Hebrew and answered them and seen question in Arabic but I don't speak enough Arabic to even take a shot at it.
I could be wrong though.

If it were up to me, you can ask in any language you want. Just don't expect my answer if it's not in English, German, Dutch, French, Spanish or Romanian, sorry.
Gosh, I don't speak all the languages on this planet.
