You do realize that Congressman Keith Ellison & Senator Barack Obama are not the SAME person don't you?

The oath has not been swore on the bible by others either. In 1825John Quincy Adams took the presidential oath on a law book, and Theodore Roosevelt didn't swear on the bible either (his first term). It may be that people are trying to stir up controversy in order to further the cause of there candidate.

I cant believe anyone is dumb enough to confuse the two men . I hope those that mix up the two guys are living in this century and have televisions . Turn on your TV guys !

Like any two human beings, they probably have some points in common, but many differences.

And the more similarities they have, the more likely they are to be confused with each other.

People do a lot of things to discredit Obama. My favorite is the name game. Because anyone who is named Barack Hussein Obama must be equivalent to Iraq Dictator Osama. People are stupid.
