I need a state in the United States that has good weather and no earthquakes, hurricanes and tornadoes?

I need a nice state in the United States that has no Hurricanes, Tornadoes or Earthquakes. And I want a state that has nice weather. Please give as much detail as possible, I need this ASAP.

Update:

I know that there is no state without hurricanes, tornades and earthquakes at all. However I'm looking for a state with the least huricanes, tornades and earthquakes.

Sorry it does not exist. All 50 states have at one time had an earthquake and I believe all have tornadoes as well.

Here is the US seismic hazard map.

Here is State by State tornado data

    http://www.tornadoproject.com/alltorns/ustorns.htm

And here is hurricane data by state

    http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/paststate.html

You can form you own conclusion since there is no formula by which to rate the combination and severity of these different events.

Hmmm...I'd say maybe around northern Arizona or New Mexico, or Nevada. They don't really have big natural disasters and the weather isn't too bad (winter isn't too cold, summer can get a little hot but definitely not as bad as southern AZ and NM which are farther into the desert).

I have lived near Washington DC, the hurricanes mostly amount to rain with no proprty damge, the tornadoes number about five in thirty years with only two touching down. Earthquake, I do not think there has ever been one. Hurricane Agnes was the last one to do any damage in my area, which has been at thirty years ago. This area has all four seasons. It is an area worth looking into.

  • does that exist?? anyway cleveland doesnt hav hurricanes but thats all!

I live in South Carolina. We don't get alot of tornadoes. We have only had one really bad one & that has been at least 10 yrs. ago. When a hurricane does hit, b/c i live in the upper part of the state, all we get is rain. The weather is pretty mild. Like today it is 60 degrees in January. We usually get 1-2 snow falls a year which we already have had of about 2 inches. We usually only have 2 months of real bad weather Jan & Feb. After that smooth sailing. Although is does get real hot in summer especially August, but i love it. I love summer.

I would look into the Southwest....states such as Arizona. The weather is warm throughout the year.

There can be major distasters anywhere...but California is known for earthquakes, Florida and the south hurricanes and Midwest tornados.

Colorado would be another good choice, but it does get cold and very snowy there. As well as the Northeast, NJ, NY, Connecticut are all nice areas.

New Mexico--i lived there for 14 years--awesome weather year-round--no natural disasters, but you do have monsoon season which is actually very cool b/c you get some amazing electrical storms in july and august. Actually, there are a few very small tornadoes occasionally reported being sighted that rarely touch down.
