Yeah, its called muti-tasking lol. They normally wont notice, until I flush the toilet. Or sometimes they ask me if there on speaker phone because of the echo...then I reply No...just taking a crap haha.

Yes, OMG all the time, if it's a really close friend or my husband I will let them know though, I mean they will end up hearing the toilet flush anyway. I'm not shy about it, hey if you call and I'm on the pot and you are that important for me to answer the phone for you, get over it, I had to go. Of course I am a mom and have not peed in privacy for over 10 years now, and have just kinda got used to not peeing alone. Once you become a mom all modesty goes right out the window, there's not much worth hiding once you give birth.

I clean houses for a living, and in some of the more "well-to-do" OLDER homes (before the advent of cordless and cell phones!), there are phones in the bathrooms, usually within reach of the toilet!! So this is a "practice" which has been going on for YEARS!

The only thing NOT to do while on the phone is FLUSH! That's a dead give-away as to where you are (unless you are IM-ing, of course!). Wait until AFTER you are finished with the call to flush!

Thank GOD we do NOT have VISION-phones quite yet!

All the time. My best ideas come to me when i'm in the john. But don't IM when you are in the toilet...that is very rude you should take the time and call them.

No i have a problem with doing that because my phone has a camera in it and i am always scared that someone could be watching through there. but i also have paranoya.

Yes, but I let them know at the end of the conversation by flushing the chain.

when i' m on the toilet i need silence and concentration, so i don't use any single thing (there may be exceptions like books or newspapers)

I have done it with my cell. People don't need to know where you are doing it. Just think you are doing two things at one time.

Edit:Oh wait...I thought you said have you ever gone on someone elses IM while they were on the toilet...actually I have gone pee before...ha ha
