I'm FLIRTING with him?
there is this guy...who works down the street. We email, chat and text each other all day and even sometimes all night after we go home. I finally told him after about 2 months of this, that I like him and like to flirt with him. But he never responds to any of the flirting. I asked him to tell me to stop flirting if he didn't like it. Nothing. But we still talk all day. I even said that it was ok if he didn't like me back and that we would still be friends. Nothing. So I flirt. He doesn't respond to the flirting... but we talk all day. WHAT THE HELL does this mean?

He doesn't like you in a romantic sense but he thinks you're a good friend. He's ignoring the flirting comments and stuff because he doesn't want to make it awkward.

There are 2 things this guy could be feeling...
(1) He may be unsure of his feelings towards you and doesnt want to get into anything until he's sure.
(2) He could not like you back, and he could be feeling too bad about it to tell you. Guys dont like to let girls down, so this could be why.
