Vinegar and hang in the sunlight (although you may have to wait until summer to hang dry outside).
The sunlight will naturally bleach it.

Mrs. Stewart's Bluing. You can find it in most grocery stores on the top shelf....it is a blue bottle with a white cap, about the size of a smaller ketchup bottle, and only costs a couple of dollars. Put this in the wash (it tells you how much per load, but I usually double it) water BEFORE you add the clothes. You can have all whites or whites and colors in this load, because it will only WHITEN THE WHITES! If you have used too much and it turns out a light blue (which you may need to use too much, to counteract the yellowing), simply wash it again immediately in a cycle without bluing.

Depends which country you live in. I buy Napisan Plus, its a soaker, put two capfuls in 5 litres warm water, and leave item to soak for at least 24 hours. This stuff is brilliant, I use it for all my clothes, whites and coloreds, after soaking i just use the rinse cycle in my washing machine. Saves water, soap, etc. and everything comes up fantastic.

depends on the type of stain...
FOOD stain... use pine sol....mix 1/2 cup pine sol (original not fake or scented) in a spray bottle and spray wet the stains. Then wash in cold water.
GREASY stain... use Dawn dish liquid....rub some Dawn dish liquid (the original blue one) into the grease and wash on cold. If there's alot of grease rub again and wash again before drying. Dawn will get the grease out. I've tried the other scents but they don't work.
BLOOD stain... use hydrogen peroxide....spray it on let if fizz let set. soak in peroxide if small area. large areas blot with cotton balls.
INK stain... use hair spray and bar soap.....Spray ink spots wet with hairspray then rub with a bar soap, then spray wet again and rub the soap on again = for the big spots. then wash in cold water with your detergent. It doesn't matter if you've washed it before the hairspray and bar soap will get ink out.
TUFF/OLD stains... soak in oxiclean diluted in water ...I suggest you soak the item in oxi clean 1/2 cup to gallon water diluted in hot/warm water soak 1hr to overnight depending on how long it takes. Soaking in oxiclean will get the stain out.

try soaking it in vinegar, also you can try a little amonia in some water, if that doesn't work you can go to your local store and they may have something?
