The simple answer is Yes. N S is correct. Head and neck injuries are nothing to ignore. Even though it sounds as if you've already taken your child to a physician, there may need to be some further testing.

Yes I would take you child back as a matter of urgency, could have sustained frontal lobe damage, which in turn could cause epilepsy. The accident must have been very recent. Was she not kept in hospital for observations? Did she suffer these symptoms prior to the accident? If the latter is no, well obviously, something is very wrong.
