i keep on getting scary dreams is it a demon or evil around me?

I guess you won't be the first to encounter the supernatural beings... Ghosts exists and they like to disturb and at times hurt you... But Ghosts i refer to are Jinni... They are unseen beings that are like humans. The only way to drive these Jinni away is pray to Allah the almighty or read from the Al-Quran... It will helps u... U may not believe it but give it a try...

Anyway, once my mother's friend was possessed by these Jinni, and all my father did was pray some verse of the Quran and sprinked water onto her, and she was ok... Its easy... Hope this helps...

Even if you have a ghost in your home, they can't hurt you. It probably means no harm, and isn't something that you should worry about. That is assuming you actually have a ghost; what you saw may have just been a trick of light because you were already scared. As far as the dream, the two events are most likely not connected. Most paranormal researchers believe and teach that ghosts or spirits cannot mentally effect you. They simply don't have the power. You probably just had a bad dream because you were already scared from earlier. If you are comforted by going to church, then by all means do so, but don't worry yourself on the other six days of the week.

Do not be so quick to assume this. Must we really always seek to place blame on the devil? This is silly.

What is deep in our psychology, will show up in our dreams. Dreams are letters from the soul. Often they are symbolical, metaphorical. Anyone at a church will of course tell you that, yes, it is evil, and it must be, because you are not doing something right, living right. Can you grasp this?: Evil is an energy that is created by other energies: us. There are good and negative energies--but influence does not exist. Influence is only an allowance--consiously, or subconsiously. Dreams can be very intense and violent, but you cannot fear them. You must seek to discover what it is that you can learn from them. What is occuring in your dreams? Focus on the meanings.

Maybe you saw a ghost, maybe you didn't. They are nothing to fear. If you succumb to fear and believe evil is after you, you will manifest it. I am not saying that some things don't exist. But remember--remember the lesson.

you know I've been waiting for years for something to happen to convince me that god exists. a demon would be perfect, then, the other day, I felt this pain on my leg while I was sitting there meditating. I hadn't moved in a while so it seemed strange, so I looked down and there was a white scratch- not deep enough to bleed but enough to take off the pigment. I'm always hearing noises that could be voices and just as easily my neighbor or the ac, but I heard a deep grumbling just about then and it occurred to me "i might be possessed! awesome! write 'help me' now! " nothing happend.

Do you sleep by the window..these can attract spirits and bad dreamz..try to move your bed to a different position if this is the case...Though sometimes a spirit isnt there to harm you..itz there to ask you for something..or it is confused..u can try goin in to each room with a white candle and praying...in each room with the candle..and gently asking the spirit to go to the light...also after you have done this in each room ..sprinkle salt in to each corner of your house/rooms..then hoover the next day..i know a friend who is a spiritualist who does this each time she moves or comes in to contact with spirits to cleanse the house...

also it could be god asking you to turn to religion...this is what happened to me..though i turned to the quaran..

You jut had a bad dream - what's the drama? And sorry but I'm not buying you saw a ghost near your kitchen - you were just mistaken because you have scared yourself.

Some of these answers are the silliest I've ever heard, I suppose because the question is so silly to start with, but then some people appear to have taken it seriously. I can't stop laughing

Sometimes it can be a evil spirit, ever have a dream about someone your not married too? you wake up and then have to ask God to wash you from those thoughts. The devil works in the mind if we let him.

Ask a priest to bless your home, Get some holy water and place it around your bed. But most importantly all of the above is only usefull if you submit to God and live life to his will.

Otherwise your worsed dream will be reality one day. You have the power to change that today.

Why are you afraid. They're just ghost. Unless they're trying to drag your soul down to hell with them or something to that effect, why worry about them? A strong spirit doesn't need to walk in fear of weaker ones. And if you believe in god and go to church, then just ask him to protect you or give you the strength to protect yourself.
