Interaction between Candian CPP and (US) Social Security?
My wife could qualify for (early) CPP, but does not qualify for US Social Security on her own credit. I've read through the coordination benefit rules; she doesn't qualify for US Social Security even with Canadian credits included.
What happens when I retire and she gets US spousal Social Security payments? I _think_ the payments will end up coordinated and the CPP payments go away, but I'm not sure.

Check with an accountant in Canada on this. They know the rules and laws better than anyone else.
