Fun for couples in Vegas (other than clubs and restaurants)?

Vegas is tuff if you are looking for fun other than clubbing. Are there any fun activities / classes for couples? We live here and not so into the whole strip party kind of thing. We would like to take some more interactive art casses like pottery or cooking class. Something more down to earth with cool people. Does anyone knows anything?

    Well -- there has to be a University close by. Call and find out if they have Extension courses for locals. If not call the Public Library. I'm sure that they could give you some leads.

    Cooking classes? Ask at a shop/store that sells Culinary equipment.
