Well never says you can't do something cause in reality you can your just making yourself think you can't until you finally believe it.
Food is probably a big problem when trying to lose weigh, you should probably start doing some research about good carbs and bad carbs and some tips. And then after you should sign up for www.recipezaar.com its completely free unless you decide on getting the extra tools so you make up your own online cookbook in order for this to work your going to have to start a cookbook and search some recipes with the many different catagories they got to offer. Once you find a reciepe click the icon to the left and click add to cookbook only pick recipes low in calories and low in fat. So keep adding recipes once your done this. You can print out your meal plan for the week and get the ingredients so you wont have a probleme later on. This actually works if you pick the right things breakfast I recomend maybe some fruit, oatmeal cereal, and maybe something with eggs cause they are low in fat. Um lunch probably some kinda soup or sandwitch and super basically anything like beans, salade... stuff like that. Snack yogurt is the way to go maybe a grenola bar. Ooh also breakfast you need to start the whole smoothie thing cause anyone who doesn't is missing out Lol there so yummy and satisfing so be sure to search them. Okay so this way its cheaper then starting a whole diet plan then seeing it back fire cause your making the food plan.
Ooh you can also give yourself an reward like ok i did good this week so now im going to have myself my very own spa night, Or a movie night something you enjoy doing.
Its great that your exercising well so keep at it. Cause a lot of people out there are on the computer, watching tv and doing things at home instead of sports and exericsing cause of all that new technologie so cheers to you ! =)
Good Luck & stay confident.

Ever wonder what goes into it ? Go to www.newstarget.com, and scroll on down to the Photo on the lower right of the package of Oscar Mayer Salami, and click on it, and look at the Photos of it. Diet Recommendation
Okay. Cut out eating in between meals. Only eat healthy food and cut down on Carb's like bread, potatoes, pasta's, rice, cereals, lollies, fruits etc.
These are the fat making foods.
Learn exactly what your food groups are so you then know what puts the weight on and off.
Don't add salt to your meals.
Cut out sweet soft drinks.
Then walk an hour every morning approximately two hours after a meal and the same in the afternoon.
If you can jog in between both sessions you'll burn even more calories.
But just do what your body lets you do.
Walking is just as good combined with diet control.
You should lose and continue to lose more weight as you go.
Watch the scale readings every day as you should be coming down in weight to your required natural weight for your height etc.
If you can cut out your lunch meal and replace it with a protein drink instead that would also help. Available in supermarkets like the product called "Slim Right".
Or eat 2 of those large thick rice crackers with a healthy spread on them instead.
As long as you can stay off junk food and eating in between meals.
If you have to eat something in between have something like small raw carrots or celery sticks.
Herbal teas, low fat milk and water are your best choice of drinks.
Summary:
Choose a cereal low in sugar for breakfast.
Remember all cereals are carbohydrates!
Lunch can best be a protein drink. Like "Slim Right".
And have all normal meals at a normal serve.
Cut down on potatoes and only have small portions of these.
Walking as much as you can.
Add some jogging if you can.
For those that want to build more muscle add some gym work to the above as well.
Technical Stuff:
All our bodies require a specific quantity of a protein level.
The protein is taken from the food we eat.
If we eat higher concentrations of protein from specific foods like say meat then that level is reached quickly.
If we don't eat enough protein then our body searches for other sources of protein contained within the Carbohydrates.
Carbohydrates only contain a small amount of protein so we end up consuming too much of it just to get out limit of protein.
At the same time absorbing too much sugar from the carbohydrates and in turn too much weight.
This is how and why we put on weight.
Many people over eat because they don't consume enough protein from the right sources.
Then they over compensate by binge eating carbohydrate type foods.
Always check with your doctor before going on any weight reduction or change of diet program.

Well, muscle is more dense that fat (does NOT mean muscle weighs more than fat. one pound of muscle weighs the same as one pound of fat). When eating it normally takes 20 minutes for your stomach to actually realize it's full. Plan a meal that has the right amount of calorie intake. you may want to talk to your doctor about planning this or talk to a trainer or something.

yes, eat small portions of food 6-7 times a day instead of large 3 main meals, this helps keep the metabolism always running fast! (its the thing that burns calories)

Just adjust your diet to eating an apple or raw carrots (and veggie or low sugar fruit will do) when you crave something bad and eventually you will change your eating patterns...to healthy ones.

don't say you can't... you can... you say you need to eat.. well eat something that isn't full of fats.. stuff your self with something not fatty.. and healthy.. you won't be hungry for anything else then... then just go exercise.. a simple walk/jog... do it all the time! ... whenever you have the chance exercise.. just get into a routine!

set up a goal, and a reward system, just make sure you're not rewarding yourself w/ food. instead make it a pedicure, new outfit, massage....whatever you might enjoy. i feel for you though, i love food, which makes it really hard to diet. make healthier choices too, tell yourself that mcdonalds or hardee or whereever is offlimits now, subway, quiznos, pita pit are in! fat free instead of regular, low in sugar, yadda yadda yadda....i hate diets. good luck tho.
