Something bit me on my ankle and now I have a huge blister...What should I do? Do you know what bit me?

I'm freaking out...my friend says it must be a spider!!!!!

    Take 2 benadryls and go to the doctors. It could be an allergy to a "minor" insect (spider, ant, flea...etch) OR it could be something that requires looking at. Is it discolored? Black widows usually cause discoloration. Brown recluse bites and other spiders can be trickier...to be safe get it checked.
